元長家

 夕方、異常にお腹が空く日が続く。おやつにプロテインバーを齧ることにしようかなあ。

 今泉「元長家」にピットイン。うまい。

 腰が痛い。自宅筋トレは縮小メニュー。ダンベルベンチプレスと、ワンハンドローイングだけ。スクワットもやりたいところだけど。

 筋トレが少なめの日だから、語学学習は多めにやる。

 とても眠い日。22時頃には消灯していた。

 翌朝、0555の目覚ましには気づかず、0610の目覚ましで起きた。マジでよく寝た。
In the evening, the unusually hungry day continues for me. As a snack, I wonder if it I should eat a protein bar about 03:00 PM.

On my way home, I rushed into Imaizumi "gan-naga-ya". yummy!.

I have a backache. Home muscle training was a reduced menu. Dumbbell-bench-press and one-hand-rowing only.
If I had not a backache, then I would do squat.

Because my muscle training was the day of reduced menu, I was a lot of language learning.

That day was a very sleepy day. I was turned off a light at about 10 pm.

The next morning I did not notice the alarm at 05:55 AM. I got up at an another alarm at 06:10 AM. I really slept well.
